Rugged adventure beckons
The FourTrax Foreman 4x4 is the perfect tool for DIY enthusiasts, offering unparalleled performance, durability, and craftsmanship. With its powerful 518cc engine and long-travel suspension, this ATV is designed for both tough work and adventurous trail riding.
Performance
Powerful 518cc engine
Experience unwavering performance with the robust 518cc engine, delivering the power needed on the trails and the job.
Semi-dry-sump engine design
The overhead-valve, semi-dry-sump design creates a compact and lightweight engine that improves handling by lowering the center of gravity and increasing ground clearance.
Fuel injection
The ATV's oxygen sensor and Electronic Control Unit (ECU) instantly adjust the fuel injection mapping to match the riding conditions, delivering better fuel efficiency and lower emissions. This means more time on the trail and more money saved.
Liquid cooling
Our time-tested Honda engine is liquid-cooled to provide more consistent operating temperatures and more power than a comparable air-cooled engine. This adds up to better performance and longer engine life.
Handling
TraxLok®
Experience the ultimate in traction optimization with our TraxLok® system. Three modes, 2WD, 4WD, and 4WD, with locking front differential and Speed Override, enable increased speed in extreme conditions like mud or snow.
Swingarm suspension
The rear swingarm, with its solid axle, provides superior capability for towing and hauling. Its long suspension stroke and plush seat let you tackle your favorite trail or the toughest chores in comfort all day.
Electric Power Steering (EPS)
Available on the EPS model, our Electric Power Steering (EPS) is both speed—and torque-sensitive and excels at reducing steering effort and kickback through the handlebar. This is a big help when riding in rugged terrain like ruts, rocks, and other challenging environments.
Engineering
Longitudinal engine layout
By orienting the crankshaft front to back in the chassis, we route the flow of power straight to the wheels without any unnecessary right-angle detours, reducing powertrain friction and putting more grunt to the ground.
Electric reverse
Available exclusively on the EPS model, this user-friendly single lever is exceptionally handy for seamless forward-to-reverse transitions—perfect for tasks like snow plowing that demand repetitive shifts.
Electronic differential lock
When driving in 4WD mode and you require power delivery to both front wheels, simply flip the switch on the electronic differential lock to optimize available traction. The vehicle display will indicate when the differential lock is fully engaged.
Wide front driveshaft guards
The driveshaft guards, designed to add even more coverage to the front axles and outboard CV joints, are another example of how Honda engineers sweat the small details to give you one of the best ATVs on the planet.
Honda quality
In addition to all the features on a spec chart, this ATV offers something nobody else can match: our well-deserved reputation for quality, superior engineering, and long-term reliability. It’s part of everything we do.
Style
Styling
These ATVs have tough bodywork designed to last and withstand scrapes and dings. The design features crisp lines, powerful graphics, and great color choices that make a bold statement.
Comfort and Convenience
Front/rear cargo racks
Unlock limitless versatility with our rugged steel racks. They're designed for easy attachment and removal of Honda Pro-Connect cargo boxes and accessories, giving you added functionality.
1.9-liter front utility box
It's the perfect size for small items you want to access quickly—like a cell phone, GPS, or gloves.
Easy service access
The aggressive body styling is also functional. The tank and side covers come off in one piece without tools, providing quick and easy access to the engine.
Powerful alternator output
An alternator offering extra output means the ATV is capable of handling more of your Honda accessory power needs.
Assist headlight
We're talking about the third headlight that turns with the handlebar. With 50 watts of power, it will reliably light your way wherever you go.
Superior cargo capacity
With strong, steel cargo racks front and rear, both offering increased flat surface area than earlier models, the Foreman is ready to carry what you need.
Comfortable seat
This ATV offers a plush seat, an open rider triangle, and superior ergonomics. The thick, soft foam makes it supremely comfortable.
Technology
Digital display with Maintenance Minder
The digital meter display includes a Maintenance Minder system that signals when it’s time for service. Other functions include a trip odometer, hour meter, gear position indicator, fuel gauge, clock, and 2WD/4WD.
